Simon: "In the water I go to lose my mind and find my soul." Open Water Swimming has saved my life, over the years I have taken part in many different activities and sports. However, there is nothing quite like OWS. The opportunity to get out side, regardless of what the weather is going, within reason, is liberating. I hope that you enjoy my open water swimming journey and the experiences I have encountered.
